Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Scholarly Nudge application for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by GRZYBACZ SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). GRZYBACZ SP Z O O is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

Information Collection

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.

Local Data Storage

Scholarly Nudge stores study schedules, subjects, tasks, deadlines, planner preferences, reminders, progress, and related application settings locally on your device. This local application data is not stored on GRZYBACZ servers through normal use of the Application.

Precise Location Information

Scholarly Nudge does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-Party Access and Sharing

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.

Data Retention

GRZYBACZ does not retain users' study schedules, subjects, tasks, deadlines, progress, or planner preferences on company servers through normal use of Scholarly Nudge. These items remain locally on the user's device.

If you voluntarily contact GRZYBACZ outside normal Application use, for example by email, information you choose to provide may be handled only for the purpose of responding to your communication and may be deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because Scholarly Nudge does not store your study planner data on GRZYBACZ servers through normal use, there is no server-side study-data record or user account that needs to be deleted.

To remove locally stored study schedules, subjects, tasks, progress, reminders, and preferences, use your device's application-storage controls or uninstall Scholarly Nudge. If the app provides an in-app local-data removal control, you may use that as well.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to GRZYBACZ outside the Application, you may request deletion by contacting support@grzybacz.site.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
